Eligibility
- Must be Nepali Citizen
- Age minimum 18 years maximum 65 years at the time of loan maturity
- Minimum 3 years in the same business if business income is considered
- The Applicant /Proprietor / Chairman/ MD/ Major Shareholder should have at least his ownhouse in any part of Nepal. House must be in Grand parent/father/mother/son/ spouse name

- MOA & AOA (Niyamawali&Prabandhapatra if applicable)
- Share Lagat, Board Minute, Audit report, Tax Clearance Certificate(latest if applicable)
