As the process is set on the go, Information regarding the nature of service required by the customer is gathered by the service centers’, service advisor. The service is categorized into two parts, one, Major servicing, offered to clients with severe or major maintenance to be done on their bike/scooter, second, Quick repair cell (QRC), offered to clients who needs minor repairs to be done on their commute. The nature of service to be implemented is then identified by the technician. In essence to it, The process of service such as availability of options for the service required, selection of appropriate options among the provided alternatives, timeline of the service, costs for the service & other relevant details for the repair awaiting two wheelers are made available to the customers on-site, online or via customer care.
Post selection of the suitable options, the Vehicle is placed on the ramp for further comprehensive testing and repair. Concurrently, Yamaha Tripureshwor has 18 Service Ramps of which 10 are used for Major servicing while the remaining are reserved for Quick repair cell (QRC).
