1st Phase of Registration

Ride To MotoGP – Registration Process

 

  1. Registration opens from 3rd September 2023 i.e. Sunday
  2. Interested candidates will have to pre-register in Yamaha Nepal’s website.
  3. Candidates will have to fill out required information on the Yamaha Nepal’s website.
  4. Online registration closes on 9th September. i.e. Saturday.
  5. Registered Participants will be contact through Call or SMS.
  6. The candidates will require to visit the nearest showroom with original documents (Citizenship, Driver’s license, Bike documents, Bike Insurance) and Rs. 5,000 pre-registration fee which is refundable if the candidate is not selected.
  7. Showroom registration will be held from 10th to 11th September. (To be submitted the Photo of above stated documents on the Google form link)
  8. Documents from candidates are to be collected by 12th September.
  9. 9 Riders will be selected by Marshals by 14th September.
  10. By 17th September (Sunday) riders will have to be in Kathmandu for bike check-ups.
  11. On the 18th of September morning, all riders will be debriefed/consulted by Marshals at Blue Square.
  12. On 20th September “RIDE TO MOTOGP” FLAG OFF (Journey Starts)
  13. Event Days 23rd – 24th Sept.
  14. Return and reach Kathmandu on 27th Sept.
